Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 2 July 2026

These terms and conditions govern your use of the DNH Lab website and our services. By accessing this website or submitting a form, enquiry, order or scanner request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About us

DNH Lab is a UK dental laboratory based at 37 Cox Lane, Chessington Business Centre, Chessington, Surrey, KT9 1SD. You can contact us at admin@dnhlab.co.uk.

2. Use of the website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation or security. The content on this site is for general information about our services and may be updated at any time without notice.

3. Our services

We provide dental laboratory services including implant dentistry, photogrammetry scanning and related digital solutions to dental professionals and practices. Descriptions on this website are provided in good faith; specific work is subject to a separate agreement and confirmation.

4. Scanner requests & bookings

A photogrammetry scanner request submitted through this website is a request, not a confirmed booking. Availability shown is indicative. Every request is reviewed by our Scheduling Manager, who will confirm, propose an alternative date, or decline by email. No booking is guaranteed until you receive written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to adjust dates or logistics where operationally necessary (for example, scanner transit or availability).

5. Your information

Information you provide must be accurate and, where you provide details of a patient or third party, you confirm you are entitled to share it with us for the purpose of the service. We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and images — is owned by or licensed to DNH Lab and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our permission.

7. Liability

While we take care to keep information accurate and the site available, we provide the website “as is” and make no warranties as to its completeness or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on website content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page with the latest “last updated” date applies.
