Information we collect

We only collect information you provide to us, or that is necessary to deliver our services:

• Contact & enquiry forms: your name, email, phone, practice, GDC number and message.
• Registration: details you supply to register as a dental professional or practice.
• Careers: your name, contact details and any information in your application or CV.
• Photogrammetry orders & scanner requests: dentist and practice details, practice postcode, patient name (as a case reference), MUA interface, requested dates and notes.
• Technical data: anonymous usage statistics via analytics cookies (only with your consent — see Cookies below).

How we use your information

We process your personal data for the following purposes and lawful bases:

• To provide our services (responding to enquiries, processing orders and scanner bookings, arranging logistics) — on the basis of taking steps to enter into or perform a contract, and our legitimate interests.
• To communicate with you about your request, booking or application — legitimate interests / contract.
• To improve our website using anonymised analytics — only with your consent.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working (for example, secure access to protected areas) and do not require consent. We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — these analytics cookies are only set after you accept them via our cookie banner. Who we share it with

We share data only with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf, under appropriate safeguards: our hosting provider (Vercel), database provider (MongoDB Atlas), email provider (Google Workspace / Gmail), analytics (Google Analytics), and our courier partner (DPD) where delivery is required. We may disclose information where required by law.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations, after which it is securely deleted.

• withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent).
