Four scanners are shared across all bookings. Availability shows only dates where a scanner is free for your whole region window. Minimum notice is about four working days.
Availability reflects your region's transit window. A confirmed booking ties a scanner up for the whole window (including weekends & bank holidays), so a date free in one region's view may not be free in the other.

How it works

Pick UK mainland or Scotland, then select an available scan day. Availability accounts for scanner transit time, weekends and bank holidays.
Submit your request
Tell us the practice, patient and MUA interface. Oxy cases are automatically matched to the XGram scanner.
We confirm
Our Scheduling Manager reviews availability and confirms by email — usually within one working day. Nothing is booked until confirmed.
A request, not an instant booking
Every request is reviewed by our Scheduling Manager, who confirms the scanner, arranges delivery (a team member attends nearby practices, or the scanner is couriered via DPD), and emails you to confirm. You'll always receive written confirmation before anything is fixed.
